Jumbo 7P specification for transmitter tubes 4E27 and 813

This product is a jumbo-sized 7P tube socket for transmitter tubes 4E27 and 813. It is designed to ensure sufficient mechanical strength and reliability for the use of large transmitter tubes operating at high voltages and currents.

The mounting hole diameter is 55 mm φ and the screw spacing is 48 mm ×4, allowing for reliable fixation to large chassis.


Fluoropolymer body for high-precision holding force

The socket body is molded by carving out fluoropolymer (ethylene tetrafluoride). The material offers extremely high electrical insulation, low dielectric constant, and excellent heat resistance, making it suitable for transmission tube applications with high heat generation. The pin-fixing structure by circular cutting ensures that the vacuum tube is securely held and vibration-induced contact failures and sound quality deterioration are suppressed.


 

Pin structure for stable electrical contacts

The pin material is made of phosphor bronze, which has excellent strength and spring properties, and maintains stable contact pressure even in long-term use. In addition, a non-magnetic primer is applied and thickly gilded to reduce contact resistance and increase resistance to aging. The minimal exclusion of magnetic materials reflects a design philosophy focused on signal purity in audio applications.

True value when used in conjunction with heat dissipation design

Since 813 and 4E27 generate a lot of heat, it is possible to stably extract the original performance of the vacuum tube by taking sufficient heat dissipation measures when using this socket.
