Terms of Use
Article 1 (Member)
1. "Member" refers to an individual who applies for membership after agreeing to these Terms in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Company.2. "Member Information" refers to information regarding the attributes of the member disclosed to the Company and information such as the history of the member's transactions.
3. These Terms apply to all members and are to be observed both during and after the registration procedures.
Article 2 (Registration)
1. Membership QualificationA customer who agrees to these Terms and submits the prescribed application for membership will acquire membership qualifications upon completion of the prescribed registration procedure. The membership registration procedure must be carried out by the person who desires to become a member. Registration by an agent is not permitted under any circumstances. In addition, applications for membership from individuals whose membership has been canceled in the past or who are otherwise deemed unsuitable by the Company may be refused.
2. Entry of Member Information
When registering as a member, read the instructions for entry carefully and accurately input the required information in the prescribed entry form. Special symbols, old kanji characters, Roman numerals, and similar characters cannot be used when registering member information. If such characters are registered, the Company will change them.
3. Password Management
(1) The password may only be used by the member and cannot be transferred or lent to a third party.
(2) The member is responsible for managing the password properly, including changing it periodically so that it is not known to others.
(3) Any declarations made to the Company using the password will be regarded as declarations by the member, and all payments or other obligations arising from them shall be the responsibility of the member.
Article 3 (Change)
1. If there is any change in the matters notified to the Company, such as the member's name or address, the member shall promptly contact the Company.2. The Company shall not be responsible for any damages arising from not registering changes. Even if changes are registered, transactions that were already processed before the change registration will be conducted based on the information before the change, so please be careful.
Article 4 (Withdrawal)
If a member wishes to withdraw, the member must carry out the withdrawal procedure themselves. Membership will be terminated after completing the prescribed withdrawal procedure.Article 5 (Loss of Membership Qualification and Obligation to Compensate)
1. If a member makes a false declaration when applying for membership, neglects payment obligations under mail-order transactions, or there is any other reason the Company deems the person unsuitable as a member, the Company may cancel the membership.2. If a member engages in any of the acts listed below, they shall be liable for damages incurred by the Company as a result.
(1) Unauthorized use of member number or password
(2) Interfering with the Company's business by accessing this website to alter information or transmitting harmful computer programs to this website
(3) Infringing on intellectual property rights related to products handled by the Company
(4) Committing any other acts that violate these Terms of Use
Article 6 (Handling of Member Information)
1. In principle, the Company will not disclose member information to third parties without prior consent from the member. However, in the following cases, the Company may disclose member information or other customer information without prior consent:(1) When disclosure is required by law
(2) When the Company deems it necessary to protect its rights, interests, reputation, etc.
2. Member information will be managed by the Company in accordance with its "Approach to Personal Information Protection." The Company may use member information for the purposes of providing services to members, improving service content, promoting the use of services, and ensuring the sound and smooth operation of services.
3. The Company may provide information to members through email newsletters or other methods (including advertisements). If a member does not wish to receive information, they may notify the Company according to the specified method, and information provision will be stopped. However, information necessary for the operation of the service cannot be stopped at the member's request.
Article 7 (Prohibited Acts)
When using this service, members are prohibited from engaging in the following acts:1. Violating laws, these Terms, precautions when using this service, precautions when shopping with this service, or other related regulations
2. Damaging the rights, interests, reputation, etc., of the Company or other third parties
3. Engaging in acts that may adversely affect the mental or physical health of minors, or other acts that violate public order and morals.
4. Engaging in acts that cause inconvenience or discomfort to other users or third parties.
5. Entering false information.
6. Sending or posting harmful computer programs, emails, etc.
7. Illegally accessing the company’s servers or other computers.
8. Lending, transferring, or sharing passwords with third parties.
9. Other actions deemed inappropriate by the company.
Article 8 (Interruption or Suspension of Services)
1. The company may, in order to maintain the proper operation of the service, suspend all or part of the service without notice in any of the following cases:(1) When necessary for regular or emergency system maintenance.
(2) When the system is under concentrated load.
(3) When system operation becomes difficult due to fire, power outages, interference by third parties, etc.
(4) When the company otherwise judges that suspension of the system is unavoidable.
Article 9 (Changes or Termination of Services)
The company may, at its discretion, change or terminate all or part of the services without prior notice.Article 10 (Disclaimer)
1. The company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by members due to interruption, delay, or termination of systems; loss of data; unauthorized access to data; or other damages related to the company’s services caused by failures of communication lines, computers, etc.2. The company does not guarantee that emails or content sent from the company’s web pages, servers, domains, etc., are free from harmful elements such as computer viruses.
3. The company shall not be liable for any damages arising from members' violations of these terms and conditions.
