Terms of Use

Article 1 (Membership)

1. "Member" means an individual who agrees to these Terms and applies for membership in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Company.
2. "Member Information" refers to information about the attributes of Members disclosed to the Company and history of Members' transactions.
3. These Terms apply to all members and are governed by them at the time of registration and after registration.

Article 2 (Registration)

3. Manage passwords
(1) Password may only be used by the member and cannot be transferred or rented to a third party.
(2) Please manage your password at your own risk, such as changing it regularly so that it is not known to others.
(3) The intention to show the Company using the password is deemed to be the intention of the member himself/herself, and all payment etc. resulting from that is the responsibility of the member.

Article 3 (Change)

1. The Member shall promptly contact the Company in the event of a change in the matters reported to the Company, such as name, address, etc.
2. The Company shall not be liable for any damages caused by the failure of the change registration. Please note that even if a change registration is made, transactions that have already been filed before the change registration will be based on the information before the change registration.

Article 4 (Withdrawal)

If a member wishes to unsubscribe, the member himself/herself must complete the withdrawal procedure. You will be withdrawn after the prescribed withdrawal procedure.

Article 5 (Loss of membership and compensation obligations)

1. When a member makes a false declaration at the time of application for acquisition of membership, fails to pay debt due to mail order, or other reasons that the Company deems inappropriate as a member, the Company may cancel the membership.
2. If a Member performs any of the following acts, he/she shall be liable to compensate for the damage suffered by the Company.
(1) Unauthorized use of membership number and password
(2) To interfere with our business by accessing this website and falsifying information or sending harmful computer programs to this website.
(3) Acts that infringe intellectual property rights of goods handled by the Company
(4) Other acts contrary to these Terms of Use

Article 6 (Handling of Member Information)

1. In principle, the Company will not disclose member information to third parties without the prior consent of members. However, in the following cases, the Company may disclose member information or other customer information without the prior consent of the member.

(2) When the Company deems it necessary to protect the rights, interests, honor, etc.

Article 7 (Prohibited Matters)

Article 11 (Revision of these Terms)

The Company may arbitrarily revise these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Supplementary Terms") to supplement these Terms. Revision or supplementation of these Terms shall take effect when the revised Terms and Conditions are posted on the Company's prescribed site. In this case, the Member shall comply with the revised Terms and Conditions.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

In the event of a dispute regarding these Terms, the district court with jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall be the exclusive jurisdiction court of the first instance.
