In the case of in-stock and back-ordered products, it will usually be delivered within 1~5 business days after ordering. It may take some time depending on stock status.
Which shipping company will you use?
Domestic delivery will be delivered only by Yamato Transport. Items weighing more than 30 kg will be delivered by Sagawa Express. In the case of direct delivery from the manufacturer, it will be the delivery company designated by the manufacturer. Overseas delivery is handled by EMS, Fedex, UPS, DHL depending on the shipping destination.
Can I specify the delivery date and time of the product?
[A] In-stock items can be specified from the second business day or later from the date of order. You can specify back-ordered products from the 3rd business day onwards, but we may not be able to meet your request depending on the manufacturer's stock status. Please note that we cannot accept requests for delivery dates and times for overseas delivery.
When will the product be shipped?
In the case of in-stock items, we will ship within 2 business days after payment and payment are completed. In the case of back-ordered products, we ship within 3~7 business days. It may take some time depending on the manufacturer's stock status. For made-to-order products, the number of days displayed on the product page is a guide, so please check in advance.
I haven't received the product. What should I do?
Please check if you have received a shipping completion email and check the delivery status from the tracking number, or contact us using the inquiry form together with your order number.
How much does shipping cost?
It depends on the product and delivery area. You can check the actual shipping fee on the checkout screen. Please note that for international flights, the price will change without notice depending on the situation.

Can I change my order?
Please contact us within 12 hours after placing your order. We may not be able to respond depending on the product, such as products that have already been shipped. Thank you for your understanding.
Can I cancel, return, or exchange my order?
In principle, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer's convenience after the product arrives. Thank you for your understanding. If there is a problem with the product, please contact us within 7 days. We will respond promptly. Second-hand products (warranty only) and made-to-order products will only be repaired. We are unable to respond to cancellations and returns.
