★About Shipping

When will I receive my order?
In the case of in-stock items and items on order, delivery is usually within 1 to 5 business days after the order is placed. Please note that it may take longer depending on stock availability.
Which shipping company do you use?
Domestic delivery is by Yamato Transport only; items weighing 30 kg or more will be delivered by Sagawa Express. For direct delivery from the manufacturer, we will use the delivery company designated by the manufacturer.
Overseas delivery is available by EMS, Fedex, UPS, or DHL depending on the destination.
Can I specify the delivery date and time?
A] For in-stock items, you can specify the delivery date and time from the second business day after the order date. For items that are on order, you can specify a delivery date and time from the third business day after the date of your order, but please note that we may not be able to meet your request depending on the manufacturer's stock status.
Please note that we are unable to accept delivery date and time requests for international shipments.
When will the products be shipped?
For in-stock items, we ship within 2 business days after payment is received. For items on order, we ship within 3 to 7 business days. Please note that it may take some time depending on the manufacturer's stock status.
For made-to-order items, the number of days indicated on the product page is a rough estimate.
I have not received my order. What should I do?
Please check if you have received a shipment confirmation e-mail and check the delivery status using the tracking number, or contact us using the Inquiry Form with your order number.
How much is the shipping cost?
It depends on the product and delivery area. You can check the actual shipping cost on the purchase procedure page. Please note that international shipping charges are subject to change without notice.

★Cancellation or change of order

Can I change the contents of my order?
Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Please note that we may not be able to do this for some items, such as items that have already been shipped. Please understand this beforehand.
Can I cancel, return, or exchange an order?
In principle, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for reasons attributable to the customer after the product has arrived at the store. Please understand this in advance.
If there is a problem with the product, please contact us within 7 days. We will respond as soon as possible. Used products (with warranty only) and made-to-order products can only be repaired. Cancellation and returns will not be accepted.
