In principle, we cannot accept returns due to customer convenience.


When the product is defective
If there is a defect in the product (incorrect delivery, damage, contamination, etc.), please contact us within 7 days after arrival.
We will send you new products as soon as possible. (If the item is out of stock, we will refund it.)
However, please understand in advance that we may not be able to respond if the receipt of products is delayed due to customer convenience. In the case of ordered products, only repairs will be accepted.
