About the Listening Device Loan Service
Listening Device Loan Service (Japan only)
Our store offers a listening device loan service for customers who are considering a purchase.
The loan period is1 weeknext to,Shipping cost only to be borneLet's eat.
Application Conditions
To borrow a listening device, you need to meet the following conditions.
✅ Temporary authorization by credit card(This will be released after confirming the return of the audition device)
✅ Submission of an ID with a photo (with the current address matching the shipping address)
✅ Send a copy of the ID by email or fax
Please complete the temporary credit card authorization on the payment site provided in the email.
Regarding the return of the audition device
The audition device isReturn within the loan periodPlease. Once the return has been confirmed, the provisional payment will be canceled.
Please note that credit card payment will be executed in the following cases.
❌ If the loan period is exceeded and the demo device is not returned
❌ If the demo device is damaged or malfunctions (repair costs will be charged)

⚠ In the following cases, we cannot lend it out.
- If the address on your ID does not match the shipping address
- If the credit card payment does not go through
