You can receive the appraisal results simply by shipping the items from your home.
Since it is available at any time, even busy people can use this service.
STEP 1
Inquiry FormPlease select "Purchase Request" in the inquiry details, fill in the name of the item you wish to sell and its general condition, and send it. We will reply with an approximate purchase price.
If you wish to sell, please attach a copy of your identification (such as a driver's license), fill out and stamp the trade-in/purchase application form, and send it by PDF or mail. Please note that under the regulations of the Secondhand Articles Dealer Act, if any false information is found in the documents, the trade-in (or purchase) will be refused. For minors, a copy of the parent or guardian's ID and a trade-in/purchase consent form are required.

STEP 2
Please carefully pack the items in cardboard boxes, etc., to prevent damage, and request a courier service. If you are planning a trade-in, we will discuss various matters depending on the items you wish to purchase, the amount, and other conditions.

STEP 3
Once the items arrive, the buyer will carefully appraise each one individually.
We will inform you of the appraisal amount via your preferred contact method such as email or phone.
STEP4
If you are satisfied with the appraisal amount, we will transfer the funds to your designated account. In the case of paying the exchange difference, the confirmed exchange difference after retrieving the item intended for trade-in can be paid using the same methods as regular products (bank transfer, credit card, cash on delivery, etc.). When the estimate is finalized, we will inform you of the exchange difference including all fees.If you are not satisfied, we will return the items you sent.
