STEP1
Contact FormPlease select "Purchase Wish" in the inquiry content, fill in the name of the product you wish to sell and the general condition of the product, and send it. We will reply to you with an approximate purchase price.
If you wish to sell, please attach a copy of your ID card (driver's license, etc.), fill out and seal the trade-in/purchase application form, and send it as a PDF or by mail. In addition, due to the regulations of the Secondhand Goods Business Act, if the contents of the documents are found to be false, we will refuse to trade in (or purchase). For minors, you will need a copy of your parent's or guardian's ID card and a trade-in purchase agreement.

STEP2
Please carefully pack the product in a cardboard box to prevent damage and ask the courier to do so. If you plan to trade in, we will consult with you depending on the product, amount, and other conditions you can purchase.

As soon as the item arrives, the buyer will carefully assess each item.
We will inform you of the appraisal amount to your desired contact information such as email or phone.
STEP4
If you are satisfied with the appraisal amount, we will transfer it to your designated account. In the case of payment for the exchange difference, you can choose the same payment method as the general product for the exchange difference confirmed after picking up the trade-in item. (Bank transfer, credit card, cash on delivery, etc.) At the time of confirmation of the estimate, we will inform you of the exchange difference including various expenses.If you are not satisfied, we will return the product you sent.
