This is a socket for large transmitting tubes 304TH and 304TL. Please use it with attention to heat dissipation.
The original tube socket is made by machining fluororesin and fixing pins through round cutting processing. This design provides a firm hold on the vacuum tube without any wobble, preventing sound quality degradation due to vibrations. Additionally, the excellent insulation properties of fluororesin make it a key component for building vacuum tube amplifiers.
Description of Materials Used:
Fluororesin:Officially named polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), it has the highest electrical insulation and dielectric constant among all solids. It also offers excellent temperature resistance.
Phosphor Bronze:Used as the material for most tube socket pins (except L series). It has high strength, excellent elasticity, and maintains stable contact.
Gold Plating:Most socket pins are coated with a non-magnetic base and thickly gold-plated (except L series). Magnetic materials are minimized in the plating.
