A jumbo 4P type socket used for 211 and 845 tubes.

There is no lock function. The pins fit securely and hold the tube firmly. Please be careful not to insert in the wrong direction.
The original tube socket is made by machining fluororesin and securing the pins with circular cutting. This eliminates looseness and securely holds the vacuum tube, preventing sound degradation due to vibration. The excellent insulation properties of fluororesin also make it a key component in building vacuum tube amplifiers.
Materials Used:
Fluororesin:Officially known as polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), it provides the highest electrical insulation and dielectric constant among all solids. It also has excellent temperature resistance.
Phosphor Bronze:Used for pins in most tube sockets (except L series). It has high strength, excellent spring properties, and maintains stable contact.
Gold Plating:Most socket pins have a non-magnetic base material with thick gold plating (except L series), minimizing any magnetic influence from the plating.
