The original tube socket is made by machining fluororesin (or Complite) and fixing the pins through circular cutting, which ensures no looseness and firmly holds the vacuum tube, preventing sound quality degradation due to vibration. Additionally, the excellent insulation of fluororesin makes it a key component in building vacuum tube amplifiers.
Materials Used:
Fluororesin:Officially named polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), it has the best electrical insulation and dielectric constant among all solids, and excellent temperature resistance.
Phosphor Bronze:Used for the pins of most tube sockets (except the L series). It has high strength, excellent spring properties, and maintains stable contact.

Gold Plating:Most socket pins are plated thickly with gold over a non-magnetic base material (except the L series). Magnetic materials are minimized even in the plating.
