Yamamoto Sound Craft PB-21 & PB-20 Ebony Spike Base Set

Setting Base PB-20, PB-21 is a setting base for amplifiers and speakers used alone or in combination with each other. The material uses one of the hardest and strongest materials of any wood, African Black Wood. This material has become a rare material now, but it is actually used in the oboe and clarinet of the instrument, and has a reputation for its good sound.

You get a clear, tightened sound with a moderate spike

The PB-20 is pin-shaped and can be placed under the amplifier or speaker as it is and made point support. In addition, the PB-21 is concave and can be used as a receiving base under a speaker with a spike pin or an amplifier pin. In addition, the PB-20 and PB-21 combine each and use it under the amplifier as an upper and lower structure, it flattens both the upper and lower surfaces, and stability can be supported by 3 or 4 points by supporting audio equipment.

Metal is often used in these pinpoint bases, but metal spikes often produce resonant sounds unique to metals. By combining hard wood such as our PB-20 and PB-21, we can prevent their resonant sounds and obtain comfortable and clear playback sounds. In particular, when receiving a metal spike pin with a metal plate, resonant sound is easy to ride, but by combining the PB-21, the metal spike can be eaten moderately, stabilizing and preventing metallic resonance.
