Review

"A rack that brings out the 'wood resonance' of wooden instruments."

  • When using this rack, the 'woodiness' of instruments like wood bass and acoustic instruments seems more pronounced. The shelves are made of cherry plywood and the pillars of solid Asada cherry, providing sufficient strength while adding a pleasant resonance.
In fact, the presence of the wooden bass is slightly increased, and its contours and resonance become a little more relaxed. However, this is not in a negative way; it is a change where the 'wood-like texture' that did not come out with a metal rack naturally comes forward. The detail and sustain of the cymbals also become richer, enhancing the overall emotional expression of the music.

"On the other hand, there are some frequency ranges that become somewhat subdued."

  • If we point out a weakness, it might be that the edges of electric guitars become slightly rounded, making rock music feel a bit calmer. Nonetheless, this is well within an adjustable range depending on the combination of accessories or insulators. With some ingenuity, it seems possible to achieve both a rich mid-low range and a sharp high range.
