The various models of the OS Series and OSW Series Audio Racks are high-quality audio racks made entirely in Japan with pure Japanese materials, using cherry plywood for the shelves and solid Asada cherry wood with excellent hardness and strength for the support pillars.

High Rigidity and Load-Bearing Design

• High-rigidity Materials: Shelves are made of **30mm thick cherry plywood**, and the pillars are made of **32mm thick solid Asada cherry wood**.
• Load-Distribution Structure: Assembly uses 8 screws per tier, and the load is supported by the screws and grooves in the pillars according to the weight of the equipment, allowing for very high load capacity.
• Performance: Each tier comfortably supports **up to 60 kg**.
• Durability: The finish is coated with the same urethane paint used on high-end furniture, ensuring no deterioration over long-term use.

Excellent Functionality and Ease of Use

• Storage Size: The interior dimensions of the shelves are **506mm (W) × 450mm (D)**, accommodating the majority of standard audio equipment.
• Top Board Use: The high strength allows for safe placement of turntables and other equipment on the top board.
• Heat Dissipation: The shelves are open on the sides and back, providing sufficient heat dissipation.

• Flexible Layout: Shelf heights can be **easily adjusted in 50mm increments**, allowing free layout and easy wiring.

Expandable Options (Sold Separately)

• Additional Shelves: The standard configuration includes 3 shelves, but the number of shelves can be increased by purchasing the optional OSB-M shelf unit.

• Spike Pins: For carpeted rooms, the use of optional brass machined spike pins is recommended. (Increases height by 17mm when used)

• Casters: Aluminum die-cast casters are also available for convenient transport and movement. (Load capacity 200 kg for 4 casters; increases height by 65mm when used)
