Commonly used aluminum screws are said to have low strength and many disadvantages in terms of sound quality. The BT-2 is a set of brass bolts and nuts developed to eliminate such problems.

• Weight Adjustment: These longer screws, combined with the spacer WA-1 (sold separately), allow the overall weight, including the headshell and cartridges, to be adjusted.
• Fine-tuning: By adjusting the number of nuts and the length of the bolts, it is possible to unify the weight of the headshell part and improve ease of use.
• Omitted needle pressure adjustment: Keeping the total weight of the cartridge and headshell unified eliminates the need for needle pressure adjustment when replacing cartridges, making the replacement process very smooth.
