This socket is compatible with DA-60 and DA-100. The socket pins have no slits.
The original tube socket is made by cutting fluororesin and fixing pins through circular machining. This ensures there is no play and the tube is held firmly, preventing sound quality degradation caused by vibrations. Additionally, the excellent insulation property of fluororesin makes it a key part in building vacuum tube amplifiers.
Description of Materials Used
Fluororesin: Officially named polytetrafluoroethylene, it has the highest electrical insulation and dielectric properties of any solid material, as well as excellent temperature resistance.
Phosphor Bronze: Used for pins in most tube sockets (except L series). It has high strength, excellent spring properties, and maintains stable contact.
Gold Plating: Most socket pins are coated with a non-magnetic base and then thickly gold-plated (except L series). Magnetic materials are minimized in the plating.
