Unleash 100% of your speaker’s performance!
A large speaker stand that firmly supports speakers while making the most of the resonant qualities of cherry wood.
High-strength Asada cherry wood and a robust joint structure. Heavy speakers can be installed stably.
The DK Series is a high-performance speaker stand designed for medium to large speakers. Its solid construction maximizes the speaker’s potential and provides a stable playback environment.

Structure for high rigidity
- Support pillars: Sturdy support pillars made from 10cm square Asada cherry wood are positioned at all four corners.
- Joint: The central part is supported by a **30mm thick cherry plywood joint**, making the overall structure extremely strong.
- High stability: The speaker’s weight is applied downward on the support pillars, allowing heavy speakers weighing around 100kg to be installed stably.

| DK-25 (for JBL 4344) | 440×650×250(H)mm |
| Load capacity | Approximately 100kg |
Custom options
By changing the size of the pillars and central joint, stands can accommodate speakers of various sizes. (The margin between the speaker and the stand surface is 1cm.)

Anti-tip structure (custom order available)
Custom orders with an anti-tip structure are available, suitable for commercial use or installation in recording studios.
- Structure: The speakers are installed by fitting them into the four legs of the DK series stands.
- Safety: By seating them in an L-shape at four points, the bottom of the speaker is enclosed, preventing lateral sliding and toppling. The slightly recessed central part serves as the speaker installation area.

Yamamoto Sound Craft DK-40 (for TANNOY Stirling) Review
Stable performance that brings out the quality of coaxial speakers
The DK-40 is often used with coaxial speakers such as the TANNOY Stirling, and it greatly changes the stability of the sound image. After installation, the audio's center of gravity lowers, and the center positioning becomes steady. The unity unique to coaxial speakers becomes clearer, and the sound is adjusted in a "calmer" direction.
Tidying up mid-lows and improving soundstage clarity
By reducing the effects of floor reflections and resonance from the stand, the mid-lows are less bloated, and the soundstage becomes clearer. In orchestral music, the overlap between strings and wind instruments is organized, and the depth levels are naturally depicted. Rather than exaggerating volume, it impressively enhances the texture and contours.
Preserves the characteristic TANNOY sound
There is no harshness or auxiliary noise that metal stands often produce, and the DK-40 maintains TANNOY's inherent soft and elegant tone while improving resolution and positioning. Vocals become clearer at the mouth, and the resonance of string instruments is not overly dry. This stand enhances perfection without changing the character of the tone.
Yamamoto Sound Craft DK-25 (for JBL 4344) Review
Rigidity that supports large monitors
Even when placing heavy monitor speakers like the JBL 4344, there is no sense of insecurity. The stand itself has good rigidity and mass balance, absorbing the speaker's energy while only letting unwanted vibrations escape. This gives a sense of faster sound onset and clearly improved low-frequency control.
Tight and responsive low frequencies
With the DK-25, the low frequencies of the JBL 4344's large-diameter woofer are reproduced with speed and definition rather than just quantity. The attack of kick drums and bass becomes sharper, increasing the driving force of the music. Even at high volumes, the lows do not swell, and muddiness is reduced.
Improved monitor-like resolution and separation.
In the mid-to-high range, sound-image separation improves, and the information in each frequency band becomes more organized. The presence of the horn becomes clearer, yet it does not become piercing to the ear. This playback makes the character of the 4344 as a studio monitor more distinct, making differences in recordings clearly audible.
Direction towards suppressing musical roughness
While maintaining JBL's characteristic energy, roughness and unruliness of the sound are restrained. As a result, it improves listenability not only for rock and jazz but also for classical and acoustic music. As a stand to "control" the 4344, it is a practical option.
