Clear and tight sound.
High-quality black wood setting base.
The setting bases PB-20 and PB-21 can be used individually or in combination for amplifiers and speakers. They are made from African Black Wood, one of the hardest and strongest materials among all woods. This material, now rare, is actually used in instruments like oboes and clarinets, known for its excellent resonance.
With moderate spike penetration, a clear and tight sound can be achieved.
PB-20 has a pin shape and can be placed directly under amplifiers or speakers for point support. PB-21 has a concave shape and can be used as a receiving base under the spike pins of speakers or amplifiers. Additionally, PB-20 and PB-21 can be combined to create a stable structure under amplifiers, providing flat surfaces on both top and bottom for stable support of audio equipment with three or four point support.
Typically, these pinpoint bases are often made of metal, but metal spikes can produce specific resonant sounds. By combining our PB-20 and PB-21 with hard wood, these resonant sounds can be prevented, resulting in a clear and pleasant playback sound. Especially when metal spikes are received by a metal plate, resonant sounds can easily occur, but by combining with PB-21, the metal spikes can penetrate moderately, stabilizing and preventing metallic resonance.
