Careful assessment of a beloved item
You can receive the results of the assessment simply by shipping the item from your home.
You can use this service even if you are busy, as you can choose any time.
STEP1
Inquiry FormIn the "Inquiry Form", please select "Purchase request" and fill in the name of the product you wish to sell and the general condition of the product, and send it to us. We will reply with an approximate purchase price.
If you wish to sell the item, please attach a copy of your ID (driver's license, etc.), fill out and sign the trade-in/purchase application form, and send it to us via PDF or mail. In accordance with the regulations of the Secondhand Articles Dealer Law, if any false information is found on the form, the trade-in (or purchase) will be refused. Minors will be required to submit a copy of their parent's or guardian's ID and a trade-in/purchase agreement.

STEP2
Please carefully pack the items in a cardboard box to prevent damage, and ask the courier company to pack it for you. If you plan to trade-in the product, we will consult with you on various matters depending on the product you are able to purchase, the amount of money, and other conditions.

STEP3
As soon as the items arrive, our buyers will carefully assess each item one by one.
We will inform you of the valuation value by e-mail, phone, or other contact method of your choice.
STEP4
If you are satisfied with the assessed value, we will transfer the money to your designated account. In the case of payment of the exchange difference, the exchange difference determined after we pick up the items to be traded in can be paid by any of the same payment methods as for general merchandise (bank transfer, credit card, cash on delivery, etc.). (Bank transfer, credit card, cash on delivery, etc.) We will inform you of the exchange difference including other costs at the time the estimate is finalized.If you are not satisfied, we will return the item(s) you sent.
