Hearing machine lending service (only in Japan)
In our shop, we offer a lending service of hearing machines for customers who are considering purchasing.

Application Conditions
The following conditions must be met in order to borrow a test machine.
✅ Payment by credit card(It will be canceled after confirmation of return of the hearing machine)
✅ Submission of ID with face photo (the current address matches the destination)
✅ Send a copy of your ID by email or fax
For temporary payment of credit card, please follow the procedure on the payment site you will be notified by email.
Return of the test machine
The testers.Return within the rental periodPlease. We will cancel the temporary settlement as soon as the return is confirmed.
Please note that credit card payment will be executed in the following cases.
❌ If the listening machine is not returned after the loan period
❌ In case of damage or failure to the listening machine (request repair fee)
