Pleasant and clear reproduction sound to the ear
High quality ebony pinpoint bass
The PB-9 and PB-10 are setting bases for amplifiers and speakers that can be used individually or in combination with each other. The material used is African Black Wood (official scientific name), one of the hardest and strongest of all woods. This material is now rare, but is actually used for oboes and clarinets, and has a reputation for its excellent resonance.
PB-10 has a concave shape and can be used as a receiving base by placing it under the pins of speakers and amplifiers with spike pins. PB-9 and PB-10 can also be combined to form a top and bottom structure for use under amplifiers and other equipment.
Metal is usually used for these pinpoint bases, but metal spikes often produce resonance noise peculiar to metal. In particular, when a metal spike pin is supported by a metal plate, it tends to produce resonance sound, but by combining PB-10, the metal spike bites into the plate moderately, stabilizing it and preventing metallic resonance.
