Product Concept

The "MEMS-3S 2025" is Soranik's flagship earphone. It features two types of MEMS speakers made from silicon (semiconductors) instead of coils—the ultra-fast xMEMS excelling in high-frequency extension and USound capable of ultra-wideband up to 80kHz—layered together in the world’s first "isobaric configuration." Additionally, with the inclusion of two dynamic drivers of 6mm and 10mm, this 4-driver configuration achieves the overwhelming resolution unique to MEMS while providing the deep low frequencies of dynamic drivers. The fully open-back design creates an expansive soundstage, paired with a handcrafted exterior inspired by white marble, representing the pinnacle of technology and craftsmanship.

Soranik is a premium earphone brand founded in 2012 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Under the leadership of founder Hieu Tran, the brand has pursued technologies that break conventional boundaries, such as the "ION" with titanium tubes and the "DES" equipped with electrostatic drivers.   • Equipped with two types of semiconductor (MEMS) speakers:Adopts two types of MEMS speakers constructed on silicon substrates. The "xMEMS" provides ultra-fast response and excellent high-frequency extension, while "USound" offers ultra-wideband up to 80kHz, precise mid-to-low range depiction, and a three-dimensional, tactile expression. The speed, on a different level from coil-based systems, captures minute sounds and reverberations.

  • World's first isobaric MEMS configuration:Integrates two MEMS speakers in a coaxial and isobaric (stacked) configuration. The outputs of the two are accurately merged in a specially designed acoustic chamber, bringing out the advantages of both without sacrificing bandwidth. This is the world's first configuration for MEMS speakers (according to the manufacturer).

  • Complementing the low end with two dynamic drivers:The amount of low end, which MEMS speakers typically struggle with, is reinforced with a 6mm full-range dynamic and a 10mm subwoofer dynamic. The speed and detail of MEMS are combined with the thickness and elasticity unique to dynamic drivers, resulting in immersive sound.

  • Open type despite being earphones:The fully open-back structure allows sound to pass naturally outward, suppressing reflections and resonance inside the ear canal. It creates a sense of openness and spatial depth that is difficult to achieve with closed types, expanding a wide soundstage like headphones.

  • Craftsman hand-finished exterior inspired by white marble:The exterior, inspired by white marble, is polished by hand by craftsmen, achieving a smooth, ceramic-like texture. The 3D-printed ergonomic housing maintains comfort even for long-term wear.

  • Includes dedicated energizer "AP1" + can re-cable with standard cables:Comes with the "AP1" energizer optimized for MEMS driving. While typical MEMS devices require special multi-pin connectors, this model supports 2-pin (0.78mm) & 4.4mm balanced with Soranik's proprietary technology, allowing free re-cabling without dedicated cables.
