The CAP-1001M is a high-performance power amplifier with a mono CAP-1001 of stereo output.
The CAP series is designed to be compact, lightweight and easy to use, and can be enjoyed comfortably even in small rooms. However, many calls for a full-fledged audio experience led to the creation of a CAP-1001M that made CAP-1001 a mono and upgraded its components and circuits to a high-end specification.
In the CAP-1001M, high-grade gold plated parts are used for RCA input terminals and speaker output terminals. Conventional CAP-1001 use small gain controllers as power switches, but CAP-1001M uses conductive plastic potentiometers from Tokyo optical radio waves. In addition, the gain control knob was also changed to a large bakelite, and the resistance value was lowered by using two series in parallel, enabling playback in a wider band.
The circuit adopts the latest 2nd generation HBK (I) amplification circuit, and the newly developed high-precision bias circuit realizes precise, high reproducibility sound quality. The maximum output is 13W (10% distortion) and the maximum output is 11W (1% distortion). The distortion rate at 1W is 0.024% at 20Hz, 0.023% at 1kHz, 0.061% at 20kHz, 0.076% at 50kHz, and very low as a non-feedback amplifier. DF (dumping factor) is stable regardless of output, with 0.1W: 13.1, 1W: 13.3, 10W: 13.3. The negative feedback amplifier in general varies depending on the output and frequency, and the DF fluctuates, but CAP-1001M does not use any negative feedback, so there is no problem with TIM distortion, and it is possible to play high precision on any sound source.

Because the CAP-1001M is mono, two stereo playback is required. In addition, there are two types of SATRI-LINK model with input signal compatible with voltage signal and current signal transmission, you can choose from the option at the time of purchase.
Because there is no model with SATRI-LINK output in CAP series, if you want SATRI-LINK connection, adapter to convert voltage signal to current signal "STX-1001Please use. " SATRI-LINK enables more precise regeneration with more information than voltage signals.
