Active vibration countermeasures with mechanical grounding structure

Even if a material has a high resonant frequency, its effectiveness will be limited without structural measures. ER-PBZ adopts a structure that quickly releases minute vibrations generated in the casing itself to the ground.
ER-SX is used for the four-point support spikes, which are securely fixed with special CFRP screws. Ideal vibration control is possible without compromising performance.

Uses 60 ton class high elastic carbon fiber

The casing uses 60t class high modulus carbon fiber. It has an elastic modulus approximately three times that of general CFRP, and as the resonance frequency increases, the vibration damping speed also increases dramatically.
It also excels in internal loss, absorbing minute vibrations transmitted to the casing at a high level.

High-precision, high-strength molded integrated structure

Since CFRP is a fibrous material, it is difficult to achieve sufficient strength through machining. Therefore, the ER-PBZ employs an expensive molded integrated structure. This ensures much higher rigidity compared to adhesive constructions, even when using the same material and design.
