Bring out 100% of the performance of Alpair7MS, Pluvia7HD drivers, etc.
A kit with a finish that is the same as the finished product
We are releasing a new kit based on the very popular NC7v2 from the Nature Collection series, which is carefully cut by craftsmen using Japanese red pine laminated wood and has a finish that is just like the product. The photo shows Alpair7MS installed, but Pluvia7HD and CHR70 series frames can also be used. This kit includes not only the cut wood, but also the internal materials needed to create the sound. Included materials: Bettumen material, variable bass reflex port STBP35x2, thermo wool, reinforcing material, finishing oil, etc. We are generously providing Fidelity Sound's know-how.

Traditional Japanese nesting process
As for the precision of the work, the fitting of the unevenness (irregular assembly) is precisely processed. Unlike general speaker kits, it is designed so that it can be finished in a highly airtight enclosure without requiring special construction techniques.

Just by fitting in the unevenness, you can create a nice box shape. There is no need to worry about the board shifting even if you apply a generous amount of adhesive and tighten it with a clamp.
By increasing the airtightness and sturdiness of the bonded parts, each board is integrated, achieving both the role of an enclosure that enhances bass and the warm, sticky sound of red pine.

Dump material Bethumen, variable bass reflex port
There are no cut corners in the included parts, such as the traditional British dump material used in the Nature Collection, two sets of STBP35 that can finely adjust the bass reflex resonance frequency to suit the room, and the highest quality binding posts.

Evaluation as a Kit and Ease of Assembly
- I was truly surprised at how easy this kit was to assemble.
The parts are highly precise, requiring very little complex work or special tools, allowing assembly without hesitation. Even if it's your first time making a DIY speaker, I think the level of completeness lets you work with confidence. In fact, the process of assembling it was enjoyable, and I felt, "Anyone can assemble this without failing."
- The quality of the enclosure is also high, designed to fully take advantage of the point-source sound characteristic of the 70mm full-range unit. Both the design and internal structure are well thought out, giving the impression that it maximizes the unit's performance.
Sound Quality Evaluation After Completion
- The moment I played sound after assembling it, I was first struck by the excellent imaging.
The point-source effect unique to a 70mm full-range is well realized, especially in the near field, where vocals and instruments appear with a realism that seems to say, "I am right here."
The imaging is sharp and clear without being harsh, offering natural localization. Also, the soundstage is impressively wide for such a small unit.
- There’s no sense of congestion, with clear and natural expansion, and the midrange reproduction is very high, so it’s not fatiguing even during long listening sessions. The sound is gentle to the ears and well-balanced, allowing you to immerse yourself effortlessly in the music.
