Overwhelming realism created by the new-generation MAOP11_MS
MarkAudio NC11v2 was developed as a higher-end model in the Nature Collection, achieving overwhelming spatial reproduction capabilities with the newly designed MAOP11_MS driver. The sense of realism, making the sound feel as if it is "right there," is so natural it makes you forget the presence of the speakers, as if the performers were standing in front of you. It further develops the delicacy of the NC7 and truly shines in classical music and hall recordings.

The quietness and smoothness of MAOP processing
MAOP (Micro-Arc Oxidation Process) is an advanced technique that uses high voltage around 700V to crystallize the surface of aluminum-magnesium cones over a long period. This significantly suppresses the fine noise characteristic of metal cones, resulting in sound that is remarkably quiet and smooth for a metal material. The MAOP11_MS features a pure copper rectangular voice coil, improving all-range precision through reduced weight and enhanced responsiveness.

Expressive, supple mono-suspension
The MAOP11_MS employs a mono-suspension design, which is typically more difficult to manufacture. This flexible movement brings out both the richness in the mid-low range and the extended sound simultaneously, achieving a high-level balance of musical dynamics and subtlety. The softly moving suspension captures fine nuances of sound, creating rich musicality.
Enchanting spatial expression with paulownia × solid wood
The enclosure is luxuriously made with solid Japanese paulownia wood. Paulownia is highly valued as an instrument material due to its enchanting harmonic characteristics, richly reproducing hall tones and the subtle fluctuations of air. When combined with walnut or hard maple, the appeal of paulownia is further enhanced, greatly improving the depth of the space and the dimensionality of the sound. The exterior boasts a beautifully finished surface that highlights the texture of natural materials, giving it a presence that is highly appreciated even as living room furniture.

Enhanced Clarity Through Internal Wiring
The internal wiring uses Amtrans' fully non-magnetic, gold-plated OFC solid wire, which contributes significantly to sound quality despite the short distance. By conveying the MAOP cone's serenity and sense of speed without compromise, the expressive detail is greatly improved, delivering a transparent sound as if the 'final wall' of the sound has been removed.

Oval Port Achieving Both the Naturalness of Sealed Design and the Openness of Bass Reflex
The NC11 employs a laminated solid wood oval bass-reflex design, combining the smooth low frequencies of a sealed type with the openness of a bass-reflex type. The resonance frequency is set at 35Hz, and by reviewing the port length, the 40–45Hz range is further reinforced. The low end is deep and substantial, excelling not only in volume but also in speed and texture.

The Tone Qualities of Walnut and Maple
The choice of finish changes the character of the sound. Walnut produces a warm, enveloping resonance, ideal for classical music or hall recordings. Hard maple has a quick attack, beautifully defining the contours of jazz and instruments with strong attacks. Both finishes are carefully crafted as part of the Nature Collection, possessing a presence akin to high-end furniture.
Clear Differences Between the NC11 and NC7
The NC7 is a model suitable for depicting delicate nuances of chamber music and string instruments, whereas the NC11 clearly excels in soundstage breadth, airiness, and the sense of hall scale. It is a speaker perfect for enjoying grand music, including large orchestral classical works, organ music, and film scores.
Speakers that Transform Your Home Listening Space into a Concert Hall.
NC11 achieves a deep sense of presence, as if the music itself stands out in the space, transforming your listening room into a concert hall. Transparency, overtones, the texture of the air, and the realism of the sound image. All of these elements are fused at a high level to provide a special sound experience.

Sound with an extremely low noise floor that envelops you in deep silence
- The first thing I noticed when I played this unit was that the background was "deeper and quieter" than I expected. Perhaps due to the effectiveness of the MAOP processing and mono-suspension structure, the slight roughness in the background of the sound completely disappears, making the sound seem to emerge from the silence. I think it's thanks to this low noise floor that even the minute reverb and instruments disappear so beautifully.
Response and agility that you wouldn't expect from a 6.5 inch
- I was also impressed by how fast the sound builds up, which is hard to believe for a medium-sized caliber.
The flexibility of the mono-suspension structure and the lightness of MAOP combine to make it very agile and responsive. It feels like it has the power of a large caliber, but also the agility of a small caliber, making music with a sense of speed sound surprisingly lively.
A sense of scale and rich bass that goes beyond the bookshelf
- The 6.5-inch extra space is put to good use, and it has a sense of scale that makes you forget it's a bookshelf category. The low range sinks deeply, but the outline is firm without being vague, and the volume and tightness are an exquisite balance. You can enjoy richer low-frequency reproduction than you would expect from its size.
