World's highest level of ultra-low noise performance
- Ultra low noise: Achieved the world's highest level input conversion noise voltage of -156dBV (RIAA+IHF-A by Average Response). Input equivalent noise density is **0.32nV/ Hz@1kHz**.
- Ideal step up: Since there is no Barkhausen noise caused by magnetic materials, even the delicate facial expressions can be reproduced while providing a vast sense of realism. While MC transformers suppress indirect sounds, LIRICO has achieved the ideal step up from MC cartridges.
GS Direct method and gigaohm (GΩ) input
- GS Direct method: Since minute signals are delicate, we use the GS Direct method, which directly transmits them to the Gate and Source without intervening coupling capacitors or resistors. Approximately 26dB positive phase amplification is performed using all JFETs.
- Carefully selected FETs: The FET used is a valuable Toshiba ultra-low noise discontinued model that has a reputation for both performance and sound quality, and is carefully selected to eliminate left and right differences in noise and gain.
- GΩ receiving: The input impedance uses the highly acclaimed Gigaohm (GΩ) input. Depending on device compatibility and personal preference, the common **330Ω** can also be selected using the dip switch at the bottom.
Completely independent left and right battery operation
It uses six Nickel Metal Hydride $006 ext{P}$ rechargeable batteries, and during operation, a unique configuration with diodes ensures that the grounds for the left and right channels are completely independent. A double-pole switch fully isolates the charger during operation, completely blocking noise from the power line. It can be used for approximately 20 hours on a full charge.
