To all USB audio devices
To reduce common-mode noise, we offer a USB noise filter with common-mode chokes and ferrite beads.
It comes in two colors: silver and black.
The following is the measurement result of 2MHz~43.5GHz by ROHDE &SCHWARZ. Although the CPU and memory clocks in the PC and their harmonics are certainly likely to be reduced, the signal quality is also reduced, as can be seen from the USB 2.0 high speed (480Mbps) eye pattern in the photo below.
I measured with a LeCroy 2GHz scope, which is sufficient for USB 2.0 measurements. Of course, the transmission path is impedance-matched with a differential microstrip line.
Built-in filter to reduce noise from 5V supplies
This noise filter is inserted into the USB terminal, but you can switch between bus-powered and self-powered, and this power filter can be used on both. The power filter circuit also takes into account the stability of the in-rush current and feedback.
The built-in filter alone is effective enough, but when combined with Fidelix's ultra-low-noise power supply (5V1A), the visibility of distant sounds is even better, and a clear space is reproduced.
