Cartridge Demagnetizer DEGAUSS Light maximizes the performance of iron core MC cartridges, MM cartridges and MC boost transformers through demagnetization. Simply attach the cartridge to the tone arm and connect the output code of the tone arm to the OUT 1 and OUT 2 of DEGAUSS Light. There is no L/R distinction. Please do not use the air core type MC cartridge because it is not effective. When using a needle-replaceable MM or MI cartridge, be sure to remove the needle to avoid affecting the playback sound.
