"Etsuro Lacquer" was completed through its solid technology, extensive experience, and collaboration with traditional Japanese crafts.

Sapphire solid wood base

2.5mm sapphire material is used for cartridge base. The direct method incorporating the vibration transmission mechanism as one thoroughly eliminates signal loss.

The stylus chip uses the Super Microline Diamond tip/Super Microline Diamond tip, which has a curvature of 80μ contact surface in the sound groove of the record. Accurately trace ultra-fine grooves and play the sound source inscribed on the analog disk as it is. The cantilever is φ0.4mm ultra-precision sapphire pipe material, and the sapphire has high hardness after diamond hardness, and it has excellent high speed instruction transmittance without distortion.

The magnetic circuit is based on the combination of electromagnetic soft iron and samarium cobalt magnets, achieving magnetic properties in harmony with coil vibration. Cartridge housing and base adopt sapphire material, and after special reinforcement treatment for housing, lacquered lacquer is a traditional Japanese craft. When lacquer hardens, a strong coating film that can withstand high heat is formed, and it adheres tightly to the housing, so it can suppress the sounds unique to duralumin. The lacquer and Bordeaux-finished cartridge housing cover combines the latest materials and technology to make the most of the tradition today. The lacquer used is black lacquer and adhesive lacquer for foil paste. On the part that shows the maximum depth, many kinds of color silver leaf with sulfur are pasted like a picture. Etsuro and lacquer logo are put on gold leaf. The splendid luster and texture of lacquer is a very small piece of art. When a craftsmanship with more than half a century of experience meets a plan aiming for the highest, the analog record begins to take a new step.
