EML 2A3 Mesh is a balloon (glove) type vacuum tube designed with the same standard as the original RCA 2A3. The anode has a special "mesh window" structure, combining the mechanical stability of the solid plate with the soft and natural resonant damping properties of the mesh material. Precise structure and high reliability design

In addition, vibration-proof rubber is applied to the tube base to thoroughly suppress noise generated by mechanical vibration. V4 version also supports cathode-tapped filament.

Notice of Use

Although the mesh tube has very delicate sound reproduction, spurious noise may occur on the output stage of another preamplifier or in some headphone amplifiers. This phenomenon is not a fault of the vacuum tube itself. EML 2A3 Solid Plate is recommended for such applications.
