High-quality power cable with low distortion
The newly developed wire rod has a three-core structure of 4,500 wires, in which urethane insulating coating is applied to each wire based on φ0.05 ultra-fine high-purity copper wire, and 1,500 wires are bundled together to form a single core.
PVC is used for the insulating coating, and it has a high texture and temperature feeling, and good handling.
The newly developed double-shield structure consists of a high-density copper braided wire shield of φ0.05 and a low-density pure copper braided wire shield of φ0.1.
The exterior has a carbon mesh finish
We have adopted a plug mounting method that is more effective than ordinary crimping by further technical improvement, using terminal processing using solder originally developed by Eau Rouge.
IEC and AC plugs are assembled based on wattaGATE320i and 5266i by adopting high-purity sorted copper parts for all internal parts. Even the screws are made of pure copper.
