LCNV is an in-house copper conductor produced using Luna Cable's unique formulation and manufacturing method. By intentionally using a vintage wire processing machine instead of a cutting-edge CNC processing machine, we are able to create a conductor with a unique crystal structure and flexibility that cannot be reproduced with modern precision machinery. This approach of bringing the goodness of old things to life in modern hi-fi is the core of the Luna sound.

■ Waxed cottondielectric: Vibration control and musicality provided by natural materials

LCNV also has waxed cottondielectricIt is covered as such.dielectricThis refers to the electrical properties of the covering material that wraps the conductor. The lower the dielectric constant of the material, the less unwanted interference occurs with the signal waveform. Cotton impregnated with wax has a lower dielectric constant compared to plastic-based materials, minimizing signal interference while also offering high vibration-damping effects. It absorbs fine noise caused by external vibrations, enhancing the focus of sound while achieving smooth and rich musical expression without a sense of pressure.

■ All connections hand soldered – uncompromising craftsmanship

• LCNV 14AWG Conductor (41 × 30AWG):One 14AWG Neo Vintage copper conductor, made by bundling 41 ultra-fine wires, is used for each polarity. The stranded structure achieves both flexibility and low resistance, transmitting the amplifier’s driving force directly to the speaker.
• Waxed Cottondielectric：Cotton impregnated with wax provides natural vibration damping, contributing to improved sound focus and smooth musical expression. It follows the same material philosophy as the interconnects.
• Cotton Jacket:The flexible, easy-to-handle cotton exterior reduces installation stress and naturally matches the wiring between the speaker and amplifier.
• Gold-Plated Spade / Straight Banana Connectors – all connections hand soldered:The terminals can be selected from gold-plated spades or straight bananas, and the combination of both ends (spade/spade/banana/banana/spade/banana) can be freely specified when ordering. There is no price difference depending on the type of terminal. All contacts are hand soldered by craftsmen.
