■ LCNV Conductor (Luna Cable Neo Vintage): A one-of-a-kind conductor created by vintage processing machines

LCNV is Luna Cable's proprietary copper conductor produced using its own formulation and manufacturing method. By deliberately using vintage wire processing machines instead of cutting-edge CNC machines, we produce conductors with unique crystal structures and flexibility that modern precision machinery cannot replicate. This approach of "bringing the goodness of the old" to modern hi-fi is the core of Luna's sound.

■ Waxed Cottondielectric: Vibration control and musicality provided by natural materials

LCNV also features waxed cottondielectricIt is covered as such.dielectricIt refers to the electrical properties of the insulating material that covers the conductor, and the lower the dielectric constant of the material, the less unnecessary interference occurs in the signal waveform. Cotton impregnated with wax has a lower dielectric constant compared to plastic materials, minimizing interference with the signal while also providing high vibration damping. It absorbs minute noise caused by external vibrations, achieving smooth and rich musical expression with enhanced focus without a sense of pressure.

■ All connections finished by hand soldering, uncompromising craftsmanship

All Luna Cables are hand-soldered at each connection (All connections hand soldered). The meticulous connection quality, which cannot be achieved through machine mass production, directly contributes to signal transparency and long-term reliability. ■ Cotton jacket: unified with natural materials from the inside out

Flexible and easy-to-handle cotton jackets are used for the exterior. They have moderate flexibility and sound absorption that synthetic resin tubes do not, suppressing unnecessary tension and vibration transmission during installation. Luna's philosophy of thoroughly unifying materials with natural materials from the inside out is also reflected here.

• LCNV 24AWG conductor (7×32AWG) / Polarity:Using one 24AWG Neo Vintage copper conductor made of seven ultra-fine strands for each polarity. Properly configuring XLR Pin 2 (hot), Pin 3 (cold), and Pin 1 (ground) maximizes the advantages of differential transmission.
• Tin plating:The surface of the LCNV conductor is tin-plated to prevent deterioration from long-term oxidation. Contact quality remains stable even with extended use.
• Waxed cotton insulator:Wax-impregnated cotton has a natural vibration damping effect, contributing to improved focus and smooth musical expression.
• Tin-plated copper mesh shield:Equipped with a tin-plated copper braided shield to effectively block external noise. Combined with the CMRR (common-mode noise rejection) of differential transmission, it achieves excellent quietness.
• Cotton jacket:The flexible and easy-to-handle cotton exterior reduces the load during installation. It also suppresses vibration propagation.
• Classic XLR connector with full contact hand solder:We use highly reliable XLR connectors, and all contacts are hand-soldered by craftsmen.
