The newly developed wire material is based on φ0.05 ultrafine high purity copper wire with urethane insulation coating applied to each strand, and 1500 strands are bundled together to form a single core, for a total of 4500 strands in a 3-core structure.
PVC is used for the insulation coating to provide high quality, high temperature sensation, and easy handling.

Terminal treatment using solder originally developed by Eau Rouge and further technological improvements have resulted in a plug attachment method that is more effective than normal crimping.
The IEC and AC plugs are based on the wattaGATE320i and 5266i, and all internal parts are assembled using selected high-purity copper parts. Even the screws are made of pure copper.
