★About shipping

When will I receive my product?
For in-stock and ordered items, they will usually be delivered within 1~5 business days after ordering. It may take some time depending on stock availability.
Which shipping company will you be?
Domestic delivery will be delivered only by Yamato Transport. Products over 30 kg will be delivered by Sagawa Express. In the case of direct shipment from the manufacturer, it will be the shipping company designated by the manufacturer.
International shipping is supported by EMS, Fedex, UPS, and DHL depending on the shipping destination.
Can I specify the delivery date and delivery time of the product?
A: You can specify in-stock items from 2 business days or later from the date of order. You can specify the product you want from the 3rd business day onwards, but we may not be able to meet your request depending on the manufacturer's availability.
Please note that we cannot accept requests for delivery dates and times for overseas delivery.
When will the goods be shipped?
For in-stock items, we ship within 2 business days after payment and payment are completed. For ordered items, we ship within 3~7 business days. It may take some time depending on the manufacturer's stock status.
For made-to-order products, the number of days displayed on the product page will be approximate, so please check in advance.
I haven't received my product. What should I do?
Please check the delivery status from the tracking number or contact us using the contact form along with your order number.
How much is the shipping cost?
It varies depending on the product and delivery area. You can check the actual shipping cost on the checkout screen. Please note that prices for international flights are subject to change without notice due to international conditions.

★Cancellation and change of order

I want to change my order, can I?
Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Some products may not be available, such as products that are already being shipped. Please note.
Can I cancel, return, or exchange my order?
In principle, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer convenience after the product arrives. Please note.
If there is a problem with the product, please contact us within 7 days. We will respond promptly. For used items (with warranty only) and made-to-order items, we can only handle repairs. Cancellation and returns cannot be accommodated.
