★About shipping

When will the product be delivered?
In the case of inventory or order, it will be delivered within 1-5 business days after order. We may take some time depending on availability.
Which shipping company will you be?
Domestic delivery is Yamato Transport only. Items over 30 km will be shipped by Sagawa Express. In the case of direct maker delivery, it becomes the manufacturer designated shipping company.
Overseas shipping is supported by EMS, Fedex, UPS and DHL depending on the destination.
Can I specify the delivery date and delivery time?
You can specify stock items from 2 business days after the order date. Orders can be designated from the 3rd business day onwards, but may not be available depending on the manufacturer's inventory status.
Regarding overseas shipping, please note that we cannot accept requests for delivery date and time.
When is the delivery time?
In the case of stock goods, we will ship within 2 business days after payment and payment is completed. For orders, we will ship within 3-7 business days. We may take some time depending on the availability of the manufacturer.
Please check the number of days displayed on the product page in advance.
The product does not arrive. What should I do?
After confirming that the shipping completion email has been received, please check the delivery status from the tracking number or contact us using the inquiry form along with the order number.
How much is the shipping cost?
Depends on the product and delivery area. You can check the actual shipping fee on the purchase procedure screen. Please note that prices for international flights will change without prior notice.

★Cancellation and change of order

I want to change the order, can I?
Please contact us within 12 hours after ordering. We may not be able to respond depending on the product, such as the product already being shipped. Thank you for your understanding.
I want to cancel, return or exchange my order. Can I do it?
In principle, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer convenience after product arrival. Thank you for your understanding.
If there is an issue with the product, please contact us within 7 days. We will respond promptly. For used items (warranty included only) and made-to-order products, we can only provide repair services. We are unable to accept cancellations or returns.
