★About shipping

When will the goods arrive?
In the case of stock items and order products, it will usually be delivered within 1 to 5 business days after ordering. We may take time depending on the stock status.
Which is the delivery company?
Domestic delivery will be delivered only for Yamato Transport. Products over 30 km will be delivered by Sagawa Express. In the case of a manufacturer directly, it will be a delivery company designated by the manufacturer.
Overseas delivery is supported by EMS, Fedex, and UPS depending on the destination.
Can I specify the delivery date and delivery time of the product?
[A] You can specify the stock items from the second business day from the order date. You can specify the ordered product from the 3rd business day, but it may not be possible to meet your request depending on the manufacturer's stock status.
Please note that we cannot accept the delivery date and time regarding overseas delivery.
When will the product ship be?
In the case of stock items, we ship within 2 business days after payment and payment are completed. In the case of ordered products, we ship within 3 to 7 business days. We may take time depending on the manufacturer's stock status.
The number of days displayed on the product page of the product page is a guide, so please check in advance.
The product does not arrive. What should I do?
Please check if the shipping completion email has arrived, check the delivery status from the tracking number, or contact us with the order number.
How much is the shipping cost?
It depends on the product and delivery area. You can check the actual shipping fee on the purchase procedure screen. Please note that the price will change without notice depending on the situation for international flights.

★About cancellation / change of order

I want to change the content I ordered, can I do it?
Please contact us within 12 hours after ordering. Depending on the product, such as products already shipped, we may not be able to respond. Please note.
I want to cancel, return, and exchange orders, can I do it?
Cancellations, returns, and exchanges due to customer reasons after the product arrive cannot be accepted in principle. Please note.
If there is a problem with the product, please contact us within 7 days. We will respond quickly. Used goods (with warranty only) and order -made products will only be repaired. We cannot respond to cancellation and return.
