The ER-PC5 is a CFRP plug cover developed to suppress plug “whistling” and create a high S/N playback environment. It adopts a 38mm inner diameter design compatible with many power plugs, including those from Marinco. Even with advanced noise reduction on the power cable side, the plug itself is surprisingly unprotected. The ER-PC5 addresses this blind spot, extracting rich energy and smooth sonic depth across the entire frequency range.

Overwhelming vibration damping performance with high-elasticity CFRP

The unit uses high-elastic carbon fiber with about 3.3 times the tensile strength of standard CFRP in the longitudinal direction, and optimally blends medium-strength fiber circumferentially. This structure fulfills strength, rigidity, and vibration damping at a high level, greatly improving vibration decay. The 3mm thick CFRP also provides high electromagnetic shielding, creating a quiet environment around the plug.
