Description
A 3-way bookshelf speaker system of the Scepter E series that uses a speaker unit from the Scepter series.The low frequency range is equipped with the W-305A, which is a 30cm cone-type woofer.
The newly developed lightweight cone and foam neoprene rubber edges are used to reduce the weight of the vibration system.
The midrange is equipped with a horn-type squawker.
The newly developed diffusion horn converts sound waves into spherical waves inside the horn, greatly improving the directivity characteristics, which were a weak point of the horn type.
In addition, an ultra-hard duralumin foil diaphragm is used for the diaphragm, and the transient and distortion characteristics are improved by aggressive air braking in the back cavity, and the reproduction range of the low frequency range is also expanded.
The high frequency range is equipped with the TW-1800A, a diffusion horn-type tweeter.
The precision horn of aluminum cutting, combined with a unique diffusion mechanism, achieves a natural sound quality with less horn odor. In addition, an ultra-hard duralumin foil diaphragm is used for the diaphragm, which achieves superior stress-strain properties compared to conventional materials.
The mid and high frequencies are equipped with level control.
The enclosure adopts a 50L enclosed bookshelf type enclosure.
It is equipped with a multi-amplifier terminal.
For the high range, a 2.5 cm dome-shaped unit is used in an aluminum-magnesium alloy that has been succeeded in reducing the weight by 25% compared to conventional products.
