Analog signals with infinite resolution can reproduce infinite information by using an analog equalizer. CAP-1002 was developed so that the original sound of analog records can be easily played.
It is a no-return amplifier, but since the amplification level itself becomes a RIAA curve and amplifies, clips etc. do not occur. By using a MC cartridge with a large output current, it can obtain a large S/N ratio that could not be realized with conventional equalizer amplifiers, so it plays clear with less noise.
