Preamp with new generation of circuits

Newly developed MK4 High precision compact preamplifier

Description
The PRE-7610 MK4 breaks down the preamplifier-free argument for a voluminous power amplifier, giving the power amplifier more driving power and enormous amount of information. It is also possible to control power amplifiers of other manufacturers. This machine has five input lines, including three voltage input lines and two SATRI-LINK current input lines. The output can also be combined with the SATRI-LINK input power amplifier to build a full current transmission system.

By installing a new circuit, the performance far exceeds the MK3. It is a compact size of 78mm (H) x 235mm (W) x 295mm (D), but it is not inferior to high-end class content and performance. The newly developed HIBIKI-IC has been added to the SATRI-IC circuit, increasing the thickness, amount of information and reality of the sound. Originally, the vast range is even wider, stretching from low to high area without stress, and it makes you hear very natural sound. The sound image is clear, each instrument can be listened to comfortably, the background is deep calm and quiet, so it is like listening to it in a live hall! The bias adjustment time at power-on was also dramatically faster than 30 seconds.

Review
Adding the preamplifier PRE-7610 MK4 makes you feel that the amount of information has increased. The higher the resolution you can see from the ATC speaker on the monitor. The sound of chords and bows rubbing, the voice of the crowd, the sound of stepping on the floor, the sound of breathing of the performer and the singer is transmitted vividly, as if looking through the transparent glass. It is as if the world has reappeared on the first day of glasses without realizing that the eyes have become bad.
First, listen to the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra's "One Night in the Bald Mountain" and "An Exhibition Picture" conducted by Renelebowitz. The change when adding PRE-7610 to the SCA-7511 is very clearly felt directly. The first thing to experience is the volume increase. If you are dissatisfied with the output of the SCA-7511, you can see a considerable effect in securing the volume with the introduction of preamplifier. You can feel the margin of output like a 4-cylinder car turned into an 8-cylinder car. Next, you can experience the expansion of the space directly. The size and depth of the stage are extended simultaneously. Especially impressive is the expression of the depth of the stage, the expressiveness of the "hierarchy" of each instrument group of the orchestra increases, so that the performance can be enjoyed more realistically. In the expression of texture, the string part is thicker and smoother, and the brass part is shining. And the faithful reproduction of the bass did not impress.
Next, listen to the Bill Evans Trio album. The point of appreciation is how to revitalize the hall tones unique to live performances. The track played is "Porgy." First, you can realize that the air of the stage and the auditorium becomes transparent at once. The sound of audience conversations and wine glasses colliding in the audience seats is very real. If you listen, you can listen to the audience's conversation. On June 25, 1961, the air of Village Bangard, New York, approached. The transparent but warm touch of Bill Evans, the aesthetic rhythm at Scotlafa, and above all Paul Mortian's gorgeous and modest technique fill the transparent space. Considering that it is a 24-bit/ 192kHz sound source, the fact that it is a recording half a century ago is incredibly faithful playback. The combination of SCA-7511 MK3 single items seems to be elegant regeneration that could not be expected. Although it was an audiovisual album, there was an unsatisfactory aspect of normal playback, but through the introduction of the PRE-7610 MK4, such dissatisfaction was almost eliminated. Especially the sound of refreshing cymbals bursting like bubbles of carbonated water was exquisite.
