Supports high bit and high sampling
Supports high-bit and high-sampling up to 192kHz/24bit
The DAC-9740 is a high-bit, high-sampling D/A converter that supports up to 192 kHz/24-bit linear PCM. The newly developed SATRI circuit and current-to-voltage conversion with no feedback allow users to enjoy digital audio recorded in high definition as it is. It is equipped with a variety of inputs (2 optical, 2 coaxial, and 1 USB) to accommodate a variety of digital environments.
When listening to PC audio stored on a PC, simply select USB output in the system environment of the PC after connecting the USB port to enjoy music. In addition, the USB input is equipped with an asynchronous mode that generates its own clock from a crystal oscillator, allowing playback with a high-precision clock regardless of the clock precision of the PC.
For the outputs, both standard voltage RCA outputs and current output SATRI-LINK are provided. High-quality digital sound with no degradation can be obtained by combining with the company's SATRI-LINK products.
The high-precision, natural reproduction sound is soft, delicate, and clear. Even when connected to ordinary amplifiers that do not use the SATRI-LINK circuit, this trend remains unchanged: the excellent SN provides a very quiet background, and even the smallest sounds reproduce "presence" beautifully.

*Bacoon Products will gradually change its logo and name to SCL (SATRI Circuit Laboratory). Thank you for your understanding.
The DAC-9740 has far more input terminals than the higher-end DAC-9730, so it should be easy to use for those who use a lot of digital equipment. The sound is soft, delicate, and clear. The background is very quiet, so even small tonal gradations are reproduced beautifully. Female vocals on net audio are also crystal clear, attractive, moist, and lustrous. The tonal range of the mid and high frequencies is also very flexible and natural, not irritating the ear at all. The resolution and information are amazing, but not at all artificial, and the sound is undisturbed, highly accurate, and very natural and enjoyable.
