ASTOR AS-XP88EZII Vacuum Tube Preamplifier

The volume of the EZII series uses a custom-made VR of Attenuator type 41 contacts. The input terminal uses the INLET (R) rhodium type for AC RJ-232 and the AMCO type amtrance metallized film capacitor for the coupling capacitor. The electrolytic block capacitor consists of a stable B-power circuit using a Nichicon semi-special product. We carefully select and use reliable parts in all parts and manufacture one by one completely handmade. It converts the sound of analog playback to an excellent sound quality.

We make chassis without any screws, use 2mm thick oxygen-free plate metal fittings, use XP type 2mm thick mirror surface stainless plate with folding process, and use all carefully selected parts to make a two-sheet structure to prevent vibration and increase the effect of noise prevention. The sound quality shows the ability to play almost flat frequency from 10 Hz to 100 kHz so that the original sound can be faithfully reproduced. The foot is made by shaving from a round bar of 50mm oxygen-free copper, and by attaching a young cow leather between the bottom plate, it supports further vibration control.
