The chassis of the AS-6L6GSTG is made of 2mm-thick 18-18 stainless steel with a mirror finish and 2mm-thick oxygen-free copper for internal mounting parts. This robust and beautiful mirror-finished casing provides exceptional anti-vibration and anti-noise performance. The heat dissipation measures are also well designed so that even though it is a vacuum tube amplifier, it can be used for a long time without any problem at all. The insulator is made of oxygen-free round copper rod and attached with young cowhide leather. The circuit parts are manufactured using carefully selected parts that are good for sound quality. The vacuum tubes are mounted with extremely high precision, and noise generated from the tube mounting area is suppressed as much as possible.

The self-bias capacitor used by the company is an order of magnitude larger than the 200~300 micro capacitors used by most manufacturers, whereas Astro Denshi Kikaku uses 8000 micro capacitors. This allows the sound to be expressed well even when the volume is turned down.
