Eliminates resonance and creates clear reproducibility

Plate-type magnet floating base

Description
The MGB-50 is large enough to be stored in a rack. It is an audio board in which neodymium magnets are placed in the lower four places of the beautiful sounding Asada cherry laminated wood, and the board itself floats by the repulsive action of magnetic force in combination with the base of strong African ebony wood.
MGB-50MGB-1It is floated by a magnet equivalent to that and can handle relatively heavy products from 5 kg to 30 kg. You can mainly use power amplifiers, large CD players, analog players, etc.

Improved signal-to-noise ratio for clear repeatability

Compared to a typical audio board, which works to dampen vibrations, the magnetic floating base floats the audio device almost contactlessly and prevents vibrations from being transmitted from the floor. It eliminates not only external vibrations, but also the resonance of the audio equipment itself and the vibrations reflected back to the housing. The elimination of noise improves the signal-to-noise ratio, makes the sound field quieter, improves the view of space, and improves the sense of localization and resolution with a rich amount of information. The bass is deep and powerful, and the treble is crisp and stretched.
In particular, unnecessary bulges in the mid and low frequencies are absorbed, the response is evenly balanced, the tone is soft and muddy, and the transparency is increased and the details are clearer.

Review

Middle-sized MGB-50. It's just the size that fits in the company's rack, but I put it on the top row and put an analog player on it. It is impressive that the number of notes increases and the carving becomes deeper. It is clear that the effect of vibration has been eliminated, but it is more important that the resonance of the player itself has disappeared rather than the vibration from the outside. For this reason, fine signals are not drowned out, and as a result, the amount of information increases and the time when the sound disappears is longer. In addition, the low frequencies extend deeper, and the high frequencies become sharper. It is a feeling that the range of reproducibility has expanded. The effect is particularly remarkable on the piano, and the skeleton of the touch is firm and the crispness is sharp. Another big difference is that the movement of the weak part becomes clearer. As a result, expressiveness is enhanced and a fresh sound can be obtained.

Similarly, when I put a CD player on it, it is clear that the SN has improved. Since CDs are not supposed to be affected by external vibrations, vibration and resonance with the ground plane seem to have a strong effect on the equipment itself. In particular, by making it easier for the vibration of the mechanism to escape, the reflection to the state is suppressed, and the noise is reduced. It is fundamentally advantageous that the background noise subsides and the sound field becomes quieter. The piano has a better grasp of touch, and the strong chords in the bass section become clearer. Of course, the delicacy of the weak part increases, but the extension of the high frequency range cannot be overlooked. A cappella is rich and vivid in the way it is ridden. People's voices begin to feel more substantial. The orchestra has a good view of the space because the dynamism is expanded and the SN is increased. The sense of position and depth of the instrument becomes clear, and the overall presence seems to increase. The sharpness is sharp, and the instantaneous power of the tutti is powerful. In addition, it is certain that the turbidity at high volume is eliminated and the resolution is improved.

Insulator herePB-4-2When added, the energy of the skeleton becomes thicker increases. It is a combination of African ebony and gunmetal bass with point contact, and although the number of basses is increasing, the music sounds even more vivid because of the increased power of the start. The pizzicato of the wood bass adds thickness, and the kick drum sinks without muddy. The a cappella has a longer lingering reverberation, and the breath and facial expressions of the voice are more clear.
