Emission Labs' 300B vacuum tubes are designed to replace the original Western Electric E300B, which was manufactured up to 1988 and has the same glass height and diameter. This tube inherits the sound quality and characteristics of the traditional 300B, while providing an even more modern high-quality acoustic experience.

Stable sound quality and low distortion
EML's 300B has a unique filament and grid structure that provides extremely low hum noise and low distortion for the majority of its lifetime. In particular, the gold-plated grid increases bias stability and retains concordance over time when used in pairs.
Adaptability to speakers
The 300B is designed to place a moderate load on the efficiency of the speaker, and because there is little interaction with the speaker, the sound quality is easily affected by the characteristics of the tube itself. As a result, the EML 300B achieves both the high output and low distortion that an amplifier expects from a vacuum tube, and the music is expressed without distortion.
Long life and durability
The EML 300B has a high life expectancy and maintains stable performance, especially when the amplifier is under high loads. Based on Western Electric's 1950 data sheet, EML also recommends a maximum dissipation power of 36W, but not to exceed this limit during normal operation. For operation in harsh conditions, you may want to consider EML's 300B-XLS.
