Emission Lab's vacuum tubes are either downtown rockets or crafts.

Have you heard of the brand EMISSION LABS?

The name is not very familiar in Japan, but if you own a Yamamoto Acoustic Crafts amp, you are already familiar with its great sound and beautiful shape.

Germany's AllotmentYamamoto is a relatively new vacuum tube manufacturer in Germany. We have signed a contract with Emission Labs, a German vacuum tube manufacturer, and will start importing and selling all of their products as an authorized distributor. Emission Labs was established in Germany in 2000 and designs vacuum tubes in Germany. The company designs vacuum tubes in Germany and manufactures direct-heating tubes in its own factory in the Czech Republic. We do not outsource our manufacturing to any other company.

We are a manufacturer that wants to offer the best sounding triode tubes with the best possible mechanical and electrical qualities. Vacuum Tubesare made of tungsten carbide and all parts are manufactured in-house in all critical parts of the

Hard metal is more difficult and expensive to use than conventional nickel. Hard metal anodes have more accurate anode distances and do not change shape with heating or mechanical shock. This ensures reproducibility and long-term stability of tubing parameters. Also,by anti-microphonic anodes, prevent certain components within the electronics from converting mechanical vibrations into undesired electrical signals.

The grid is made of Wolfram, a very hard cemented carbide alloy, which allows for the most accurate grid wire distances. The optimal grid geometry guarantees uniformity and linearity of the tube curves.

The use of gold-plated grids improves bias stability, protects against accidental overloads, and improves the straightness of the tube curves.

The socket section consists of gold-plated pins and ceramic sockets.

Emission Labs-produced tubes like the 45 and 300B are in every way equal in quality to the best NOS vacuum tubes. The company's 45 vacuum tubes have lower noise than most NOS vacuum tubes, and the overall tube defect rate is excellent at less than 0.5%, very low for a glass product manufacture. The company is as thorough as a German manufacturer when it comes to manufacturing, achieving a complete 0% for certain types.

What is surprising is that these processes are not manufactured in a large, state-of-the-art factory, but are carried out entirely by hand, from the shaping of the glass to the process of inserting the socket pins. These vacuum tubes are truly crafts made in Japan's proud downtown factories and workshops.

As for high-precision manufacturing, for example, there are many alternatives to the original Western Electric 300B from various manufacturers. Also in emission labs,Several versions are available in the lineup, from the low-power 300B-Mesh tube to the high-output 300B-XLS tube, and even the very high-output 20B-V3 tube, but(The 520B is called this for historical reasons, but is actually a very large 300B. It has almost twice the output), but for the 300B tube, reissued versions currently in production.WE's 300B, but as a direct replacement for the one and only genuine 300B (as Emission Labs calls it) manufactured at the Hawthorne plant in Cicero, USA (now a new facility in Rossville, GA) until 1988.We also have a commitment to the manufacture of

Along with its high degree of perfection, the emission lab is characterized by the magnificent size and power of the vacuum tube itself. We believe that users prefer classic products with the highest degree of perfection, and we manufacture our products in the traditional way (handmade) while having the highest possible quality standards as described above. The outer diameters of the tubes are considerably larger than those of vintage tubes (except for those that use the same standard as the original), and each electrode is made larger to maximize the sound quality.

Currently, Emission Labs' vacuum tubes are used in amplifiers by various audio manufacturers in Europe, the U.S., and Asia. In Japan, Emission Labs is almost unknown, and a search for their products does not turn up any results, but in fact, Yamamoto Acoustic Kogei has a contract with the company. Under mutual cooperation, we use Emission Labs' 300B-XLS, 274B, AD1, 2A3, and 45 in our amplifiers for their high reliability and sound quality. This means that we are the other of two distributors in Japan!

Although we are not yet well known in Japan, we hope that you will use our store as a foothold to get to know and enjoy our products, and we look forward to working with you!
