    How to order

    Please add the items you wish to order to your cart.
    After adding items to the cart, please check the contents of the items you wish to order, and set and fill in the remarks column of your order, the desired delivery date, and so on.
    In the "Purchase Process" section, please enter the customer information necessary for the delivery of the product.
    Please confirm and select your shipping method and choose your payment method.

    About delivery date and time

    We will ship within 3 business days after receiving your order (or after confirming your bank transfer in the case of bank transfer).
    If you have a preferred delivery date and time, please specify the date and time you would like to receive your order in the "Date and Time" box in the cart.
    (If you do not specify a delivery date and time, we will ship on the earliest possible delivery date.)

    Payment Method

    Credit card, GooglePay, applePay, PayPal, cash on delivery, and bank transfer are available.
    For orders placed by bank transfer, please transfer the payment to the bank account indicated in the order e-mail or on the order completion screen.

    *Please note that the COD fee is not automatically calculated at the time of order.

    Returns and Exchanges

    As a general rule, we do not accept returns for customer reasons.

    If the product is defective
    We make every effort to ensure that our products are in perfect condition, but in the unlikely event that a product is defective (incorrect delivery, damage, stains, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and send it back to us, freight collect.
    We will send you a new product as soon as possible. (If the product is out of stock, we will refund your money.
    However, please understand that we may not be able to accept your request if we receive the product late due to your reason.

    In the case of a delay in receiving the product due to the customer's convenience, we may not be able to respond to your request.
    Please understand in advance that we cannot accept returns or refunds for reasons attributable to the customer, such as a different image of the product.
    The color of the product may differ slightly depending on the environment of the browser used to view the product. Please understand this in advance.

    Shipping and Delivery Method

    We will ship by Yamato Transport's TA-Q-BIN.

    Hokkaido, Okinawa, Kyushu: 1,400 yen
    Chugoku/Shikoku 1,200 yen
    North Tohoku/Kinki 1,100 yen
    Kanto, Chubu, Southeast: 1,000 yen
