The grid uses a very hard carbide alloy called Wolfram, which allows for the most accurate grid wire distance. The optimal grid shape ensures uniformity and linearity of the tube curve.
By adopting a gold-plated grid, we have improved bias stability, protection against accidental overloads, and improved linearity of the tube curve.
The socket part consists of gold-plated pins and ceramic sockets.
