The hard metal is more difficult to use and more expensive than traditional nickel. Hard metal anodes have a more precise anode distance and do not change shape due to heating or mechanical shock. This ensures reproducibility and long-term stability of tube parameters. Also,With anti-microphonic anode,It prevents certain components within electronic devices from converting mechanical vibrations into unwanted electrical signals.
The grid is made of Wolfram, an extremely hard cemented carbide that allows for the most accurate grid wire distance. Optimal grid shape ensures uniformity and straightness of tube curves.
The gold-plated grid improves bias stability, protects against accidental overloads, and improves tube curve linearity.
The socket part consists of gold-plated pins and a ceramic socket.
