Small Speaker Stand DKS-UPD3S Set

It is used for small speakers in combination with the DKS-UPD3S (160Wx210D), which is the smallest plate in the DKS series. This is assumed to be installed on a desk. We recommend that you place it on a desk in your study so that the speaker is just about ear level. The distance to the speaker is assumed to be about 1m. Even if it is an ultra-small speaker, you will not get good sound if you place it directly on your desk. If you lift it slightly with the stand and support it for 3 points, you can get a clear sound. To prevent falls, it is effective to attach double-sided tape to the pins.
The material used, Asada cherry blossom, is an excellent wood that is a member of the domestic cherry trees that grow wild in Hokkaido. With a specific gravity of about 0.73, it is a hard, dense and beautiful material. It is used as the most beautiful resonant material for speaker cabinets and wood horns. The support part is made of solid square wood of 10 cm, and the upper and lower boards are made of 32 mm thick laminated wood. As a result, the sound is beautiful and the music is reproduced vividly. The upper and lower boards are seated and the posts are fixed with four bolts, so there is no rattling at all, and it is precisely processed, so it can be easily assembled by anyone.

Even though it is small, its strength is comparable to that of a large stand. Of course, the material is solid Asada cherry wood, which is hard and has a beautiful sound, so it maximizes the performance of the speaker. The upper and lower surfaces of the stand are equipped with an ebony pinpoint base PB-9, which can be supported at three points on both the upper and lower surfaces. If you are using a speaker on your desk, we recommend that you install it.
