SR-KT88SH Vacuum Tube Push Pull Power Amplifier

The SR Series has a chassis made of 2mm-thick 18-18 stainless steel with a mirror finish and internal mounting components made of 2mm-thick 18-18 stainless steel mirror finish material and 2mm-thick oxygen-free copper material. This robust and beautiful mirror-finished casing alone cost nearly 200,000 yen, but it is remarkably effective in anti-vibration and noise reduction. The heat dissipation is also very good, so even though it is a vacuum tube amplifier, it can be used for a long time without any problem at all. The insulator is made of oxygen-free round copper rod and attached with young cowhide leather. The circuit parts are manufactured using carefully selected parts that are good for sound quality.
All parts have been carefully selected and improved to ensure faithful reproduction of music. The chassis has an adapter plate at the output tube socket to allow the use of a variety of output tubes, and its diameter opening further enhances heat dissipation and suppresses heat inside the chassis. The use of a top-quality Hashimoto transformer allows the reproduction of high quality sound with a natural extension of the low frequency range. In addition, the circuit configuration has been manufactured using high quality components in the right places to allow for the best possible music experience.

Astro Denshi Kikaku manufactures vacuum tube amplifiers using matching transformers from the ultimate series of transformers for vacuum tube amplifiers by Hashimoto Denki (Sun-Sight transformer sales manufacturer), which is the result of combining tradition and the latest technology in transformers, which are the root of sound.
The self-bias capacitor used by the company is an order of magnitude larger than the 200~300 micro capacitors used by most manufacturers, whereas Astro Denshi Kikaku uses 8000 micro capacitors. This allows the sound to be expressed well even when the volume is turned down.
