Yamamoto Acoustic Craft's monaural step-up transformer SUT-02 is for low-impedance MC cartridges,
I am ashamed to say that I did not know about the existence of the high-impedance version, SUT-03, until rather recently.
The SUT-03 has the same excellent performance as the SUT-02.
The impedance of cartridges compatible with the SUT-03 is 5~40 ohms, and its amplification is designed to be 10 times higher.
